At Reginald Men, we want you to be fully satisfied with your grooming experience, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all eligible beauty and skincare products. To maintain hygiene standards, returned items must be in their original packaging and unused condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the unused products in their original boxes, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the shipping carton.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your authorization.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the items, we will process your refund or exchange to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
